Experience Invest London Property Seminar

Experience Invest is set to host its first London Property Seminar at the Principal Hotel in Russell Square. Imperial Square will be the main focus of the seminar, which will be held on Friday November 2nd and Saturday November 3rd. The exclusive seminar will allow attendees to find out more about the benefits of investing London’s commuter belt, with a special focus on Luton as a buy-to-let hotspot.

Those who attend the seminar will have access to the 20 per cent early investor discount and will have the opportunity to secure additional incentives which will be announced on the day.
Refreshments will be provided throughout each seminar and attendees will also get the chance to get an up-close look at a 3D model Imperial Square Luton.

Guest speakers include a selection of guest speakers will be at the event to help highlight London’s commuter belt as a prime location for property investors. Guest speakers include representatives from Luton Council’s Think Luton team, who will discuss the large amount of private investment going into the Bedfordshire town. Think Luton will outline its 20-year framework plan that will create around 18,500 jobs, improve infrastructure and boost the local economy.

The award-winning developer behind the scheme, Opto Property Group, will also discuss their track record, the development itself, the construction process and will answer any questions that investors may have. Alongside the guest speakers, Experience Invest’s Project Manager, Dale Anderson, will discuss the latest market fundamentals and will examine why Luton is a hotspot for buy-to-let investment. Dale will also outline what Brexit means for property investors and will answer any questions potential buyers may have.
